Synergy Holdings provides an online platform for trading financial instruments including forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, and commodities. We act as a facilitator and do not provide personalized investment advice.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Leveraged products magnify both gains and losses. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to manipulate market prices or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Transfer your account access to third parties

6. Fees & Charges

Our fee schedule is available in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice. Spreads and overnight financing charges apply to leveraged positions as disclosed in the fee schedule.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are processed according to our payment terms. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit. We reserve the right to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including software, trademarks, logos, and data, is the property of Synergy Holdings or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Holdings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any trading losses incurred.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by regulatory authorities. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synergy Holdings is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
